What to contact us about
An order that hasn't arrived
Check the tracking email we sent on dispatch first — An Post updates it as the parcel moves. If the tracking has stalled or the delivery window has passed, email us the order number and we'll chase it.
Choosing a size
Start with the size guide. If you're still between two sizes, tell us the chest measurement of a jacket that already fits you and we'll measure ours against it. We'd far rather do that than have you post something back.
Returns and refunds
Everything you need is on the Delivery & Returns page, including what to do if the returns docket didn't make it into your parcel.
Events and tickets
Tickets are emailed rather than posted. If yours hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email us with the order number and we'll resend them.
Something that isn't the shop
We only handle shop orders here. Queries about your Irish Farmers Journal subscription, the newspaper itself, advertising or editorial are handled by a different team — you'll find the right contact at farmersjournal.ie.
Who you're buying from
The shop is operated by The Agricultural Trust, a company limited by guarantee, company number 22941, registered at the Irish Farm Centre, Bluebell, Dublin 12. The Trust publishes the Irish Farmers Journal, The Irish Field and Irish Country Magazine. It has no shareholders — what the shop makes goes back into the titles.
