Shipping Information

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at the checkout, unless otherwise stated in the information about individual products. All orders over €30 are entitled to free shipping. Exclusions apply. All orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday and delivery is fulfilled by An Post.

Fulfilment and Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched where possible within 72 hours from when the order is received by our team. However dispatch of all orders can take from 1-5 working days, followed by delivery depending on the goods. Please note items may arrive separately due to our warehousing facilities.

Delivery and Shipping

All of our deliveries are fulfilled via An Post. Due to Covid-19 delivery times might take a little longer. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered to you. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with details of delivery and tracking.

Delivery of orders shall be made to the address specified in the order and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the order whenever delivery is arranged via An Post. Title and risk in the order shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the order.

Our “click and collect” service is unavailable at the moment. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Track your order

You can track your order(s) anytime via My Account. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email that will include a tracking number for your order. Should you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via email store@farmersjournal.ie

Returns Policy


Items purchased are returned at the buyer’s own expense. All items returned must be in their original condition - in their original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.

Please use the RETURNS DOCKET enclosed in your delivery package to return your item or download here. All returns must include a completed returns docket.

Due to the busy period, please allow 14 days for your return and refund to be processed. Your refund will be given on inspection of the return and we will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, or cheque).
